Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS/IT or related field preferred; or 6 months–1 year related experience.
• Entry-level IT/business systems/help desk experience is a plus.
• Ability to document requirements, procedures, decisions, and issues accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with application support for IBMi and related business systems.
• Provide first-level end-user support and escalate complex issues.
• Capture requirements and document decisions in meetings with business partners.
• Document technical details, business rules, and system behavior for approved requirements.
• Track tasks and communicate status and blockers clearly.
• Create end-user documentation and quick reference guides.
• Support cybersecurity efforts and risk mitigation under supervision.
• Identify process improvements and suggest IT leadership-worthy changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
