Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Business or related field.
• Three (3) or more years of experience managing or leading IT application support or development teams.
• Experience with enterprise application ecosystems or integrations (preferred).
• Demonstrated commitment to EDI and customer service excellence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for reliable, efficient delivery of university applications and initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of IT professionals supporting diverse systems.
• Build partnerships across IT and campus stakeholders to drive strategic technology investments and improvements.
• Ensure projects, upgrades, and integrations align with institutional priorities and user needs.
