Job summary

Jobot is seeking an IT & Applications Manager in Wichita Falls, TX to lead IT operations, systems integrations, and ERP utilization. The role focuses on IT strategy, budgeting, vendor management, and ITIL-aligned service delivery in a manufacturing environment.

You will manage a team, drive data-driven improvements, and ensure security, availability, and cost-effectiveness while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years IT management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in budgeting, security, network admin, data analysis, vendor management, IT strategy, and change management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ERP, SQL, Python, Java, and C++.
• PMI/PMP or ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations including network, data analysis, and security management.
• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Manage IT budget for cost-effectiveness and value.
• Liaise with IT vendors and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead change management with minimal disruption.
• Apply ITIL practices to deliver high-quality IT services.
• Oversee ERP systems and ensure effective use.
• Develop applications using SQL, Python, Java, and C++.
• Manage IT projects to meet time, budget, and quality.
• Maintain information systems data integrity and security.
• Establish ITSM processes for service availability.
