Job summary

Kura Oncology is seeking an Applications Administrator / IT Business Partner to optimize and support enterprise technology applications. You will partner with business functions to align tech with strategy, manage SharePoint, and oversee system upgrades, governance, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in IT leadership roles; (at least 5 years in management).
• Strategic IT and business alignment is essential.
• Stakeholder relationship management is key.
• Enterprise application administration and governance.
• Project coordination and delivery experience.
• Vendor and service management responsibilities.
• Technology governance and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise applications, platforms, and other business systems related to the Commercial organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to configure and customize applications to meet evolving business requirements.
• Manage SharePoint sites and implement platform changes to support the organization.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and maintenance for performance and security.
• Partner with IT teams and vendors to support integrations between enterprise systems and third-party solutions.
• Serve as ITBP across the organization, aligning technology with business strategy.
• Support technology roadmap development to enable growth and transformation.
• Develop understanding of objectives to translate into scalable tech solutions.
• Identify opportunities for digital enablement, automation, and process optimization.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to deliver technology solutions.
• Advocate for business priorities within IT governance frameworks.
• Facilitate project scoping, requirements gathering, and solution design with stakeholders.
• Develop user requirements, SOPs, and operational processes for supported systems.
• Plan and execute projects with progress updates to leadership.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and implementation activities for changes.
