Quantinuum seeks an IT Applications Intern in Broomfield, CO to support, deploy, license, configure, administer, automate, audit, and troubleshoot SaaS and desktop applications across business processes. You will ensure stakeholders have access to systems globally and collaborate with IT staff for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant IT field.
• Demonstrated student or extracurricular work experience administering systems and applications.
• Must have work authorization in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Candidates must not be PRC or Russian nationals unless also a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Support provisioning, licensing, deployment, migration, and server system support for on‑prem and SaaS apps.
• Configure 3rd‑party integrations (Box, DocuSign, Smartsheet) and data mappings.
• Enable and integrate Azure AD SSO.
• Monitor system performance with Datadog to safeguard data and continuity.
• Ensure IT and security controls align with industry standards, policies and best practices.
• Maintain Approved Application database, approvals, exceptions, and alerts.
• Analyze usage trends and forecast resource needs for scalability and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT staff to provide exceptional customer support and updates.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
