As an Technical Solutions Architect, Supply Chain Technology, you will be working with a unique and gifted team and partnering with cross-functional teams. You will be primary owner for designing, developing and implementing and maintaining the ERP extensions and customizations, working with the ERP tech spec along with AWS components like React, Node JS and JavaScript.

You will be a catalyst for effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and will invent mechanisms and processes for speed and scale in our context. Our fast-paced team offers great opportunities for self-driven and results-oriented individuals who are not afraid of big challenges, love to innovate, are focused on excellent customer experiences, and can successfully complex drive programs from start to finish.

Key job responsibilities

In This Role, You Will

  • Design, build and extend applications. Design and develop solutions and maintain multiple applications within an ERP system and open source technologies as required.
  • Develop technical specifications.
  • Configure standard applications.
  • Developing and implementing UI components using React.js
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features
  • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  • Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
  • Optimizing components for maximum performance across various web browsers
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure smooth user experiences
  • Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency
  • Proficiency in React.js and its core principles
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens
  • Understanding of front-end build tools and pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • A strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality code
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field

A day in the life

On any given day, you will be working on a wide array of tasks, for example, data set creation, UI creation, SQL tuning, data extraction, dashboard creation, report creation and deep dives on data issues. The source data will an ERP system and prior working knowledge of an ERP system will be an advantage.

About The Team

You will be a member of the Engineering team whose mission is to delight customers in their use of ERP via functionality and ease of use. We are looking for team members who can ask probing questions when dealing with customers and at the same time, delight the customers with a quick turnaround. New ideas are always welcomed as well as the willingness to be a team player.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline) or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Oracle PL / SQL
  • Experience in ERP related application development technologies
  • 3+ years experience in any of the following disciplines: Cloud integration, Middleware, API, Supply chain, information solution or technical architecture
  • Proven facilitation, influence, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful change management initiatives in business through strategic consulting and leading.
  • 3+ years in a similar OCM role.
  • Be a self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems and meet outcomes.
  • 3+ years’ experience in technical project or program management
  • Knowledgeable in change management, agile and program management best practices.
  • Experience in some marketing level communications is a plus.
  • Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/undefined problems
  • Obsession with quality, operational excellence, and customer experience
  • Experience taking a leading role in building complex software system
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas
