What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Facilitate the Scrum process, ensuring team adherence to Scrum values and practices
  2. Conduct daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  3. Provide analysis and support for installed systems and integration projects
  4. Collaborate with customers to elicit and validate requirements for system changes
  5. Manage small to mid-sized projects and contribute to software testing activities

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience in business analysis
  2. Vendor application certification may be required
  3. Authorization to work and remain in the United States without sponsorship
  4. Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and understand Agile principles
  5. Professional Scrum Master I Certification required

  1. 2 years of experience in Software Development and leading teams
  2. Experience leading and facilitating Scrum teams
