Responsibilities

• Implement vended image processing systems in the Mayo clinical environment
• Develop thorough knowledge of select systems, serving as system matter expert while implementing upgrades and configurations
• Produce and maintain documentation such as system requirements, designs, relationships, and support models
• Perform system maintenance and provide problem‑solving support to the user community
• Participate in IT Change Management for testing, communicating, and implementing system updates

Provide on‑call support to Radiology systems and support a 24x7 on‑call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree with 2 years’ experience in business analysis
• Vendor application certification may be required

Schedule
Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; 80 hours per week; 100% remote within the United States with occasional campus visits for IT culture and connect activities.
