Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or IT asset tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel; ServiceNow experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confirm receipt of IT products and assets, ensuring accurate tracking and PO closure.
• Scan and update incoming IT equipment in the ITAM system with serials, models, manufacturers and asset tags.
• Manage onsite and offsite warehouse inventory, considering space, speed and security requirements.
• Perform monthly/quarterly physical inventory counts to maintain database integrity and inform stakeholders.
• Coordinate worldwide delivery services, selecting cost-effective shipping for on-time receipt and traceability.
• Assist in secure disposal and recycling of obsolete equipment, removing data-storing components and batteries.
• Facilitate onsite shredding of data-storing hardware and maintain destruction records.
• Liaise with external recycling/buyback vendors to process surplus materials.
• Use ServiceNow to log time, track inventory, update asset status, and resolve tickets.
