Job summary

UNICON International Inc. is seeking an IT Analyst/Developer to coordinate and manage ENOVIA enhancements on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform. This onsite role in Raymond, OH requires strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration with business users, technical teams, and vendors.

You will plan requirements, track development, oversee testing, resolve issues, and report status to stakeholders while ensuring timely deployment across environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PLM enterprise systems.
• Experience leading software/platform implementation projects.

Responsibilities

Job Title: IT Analyst/Developer (3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA)

Position Overview

Coordinate and manage project activities for 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA enhancements, including requirements gathering, project planning, stakeholder coordination, development tracking, testing, issue resolution, status reporting, and deployment activities across 22x and 26x environments.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead projects to implement new functionality and enhancements in the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA platform, working with business users, technical teams, and vendors to deliver solutions that meet defined business requirements and project timelines.

What’s Needed

Working knowledge of Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA platform, preferably with experience in more recent versions of the software; understanding of PLM processes, system integrations, and enterprise application implementations.

Strong project planning, requirements management, stakeholder communication, risk/issue management, vendor coordination, and testing/deployment coordination.

5+ years of experience in PLM enterprise systems, with demonstrated experience leading software/platform implementation projects.
