Job summary

TekWissen is seeking an IT Analyst for a 10-month temporary onsite assignment in Warsaw, IN. The role involves providing Global IT MOM support for Project Aejas, securing OT segmentation with Zscaler, and deploying new technologies for OT machines.

You will install, configure, maintain, and test machine and application operating systems at the manufacturing level, troubleshoot issues, and ensure changes to quality-relevant systems follow validation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant IT experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting OT/Manufacturing IT environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas.
• Manage Zscaler security appliance and OT segmentation of manufacturing equipment.
• Deploy and test new technologies for OT machines and maintain system integration tests at manufacturing level.
• Troubleshoot machine integrated application issues and document changes per validation guidelines.
• Travel up to 40% globally to AMER/EMEA/APAC.

Job Description

• Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas
• Zscaler security appliance / OT segmentation of all manufacturing equiptment
• Deploys the release of new technologies for OT Machines as well as installs, configures, maintains and performs system integration testing of machine/application operating systems at the manufacturing machine level
• Responsible for troubleshooting machine integrated application problems as reported by users.
• Provides new technical specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, configuration , data extraction & retention, installs new machines and maintains the underlying infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing support, integration, monitoring and maintenance of the MOM applications
• Ensures that all changes to quality-relevant systems are documented and performed according to application validation guidelines and processes.
• Will be Travelling up/to 40% Globally to all manufacturing sites AMER/EMEA/APAC
