IT Advisor, Big Data (Architecture) (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1616501), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY.
In this role, you will collaborate, contribute, and provide technical guidance on various pre-sales and client-focused initiatives. Your responsibilities include supporting clients in modernizing systems, processes, and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms, leveraging Microservices, Cloud, Omni-channel integration, API Management, and open-source technologies to enable end-to-end automation with sound architecture at optimal cost. You will manage Big Data projects across multiple client engagements, identify future sales opportunities, and support practice development activities within the Digital Transformation practice. Providing high-quality client service involves overseeing daily engagement progress, informing managers of status, and managing staff performance.
As a leader, you will direct diverse teams, offer constructive feedback, develop long-term client relationships, and manage risk in service delivery.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field, with at least 8 years of work experience (5 years post-baccalaureate), or a Master’s degree with at least 7 years of experience. Additionally, you should have at least 4 years of experience in:
Travel up to 80% domestically and regionally is required.
