Job summary

Fullscript is seeking an entry-level IT Administrator to join our IT team at the Virginia Distribution Center. This role focuses on supporting end users, maintaining systems, and contributing to IT initiatives in a collaborative, on-site environment.

The ideal candidate is early in their IT career, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of handling common IT tasks with supervision.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and common enterprise software.
  • Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
  • Ability to follow documented processes and complete defined tasks independently.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and communicate clearly.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Zebra printers and basic device provisioning.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor support channels and own user issues through to resolution.
  • Provide on-site IT support at the Virginia Distribution Center.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and perform repairs or replacements.
  • Log tickets accurately and maintain documentation.
  • Assist with provisioning/deprovisioning of users and devices.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join our IT team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone early in their IT career who is passionate about technology, enjoys solving problems, and is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment. Working on site in our Virginia Distribution Center, you’ll play a key role insupporting end users, maintaining systems, andcontributing to broader IT initiatives.

What you’ll do
  • Monitor support channels and take ownership of user issues through to resolution, escalating as needed
  • Work on site in our Virginia Distribution Center - providing technical support to our users, and warehouse equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for end users (repair, replacement, setup, etc.)
  • Accurately log tickets and maintain clear documentation
  • Assist with onsite IT support
  • Support provisioning and deprovisioning of users and devices
  • Report or escalate integration issues appropriately
  • Support physical site improvements (e.g. equipment installs/removals)
  • Configure systems and follow IT processes and standards
  • Participate in departmental projects under guidance
  • Mobile device management (iOS and Android)
What you bring to the table
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and common enterprise software
  • Familiarity with Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Ability to follow documented processes and complete defined tasks independently
  • Eagerness to learn and accept feedback constructively
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and ask for help when needed
  • Hands‑on experience supporting Zebra printers, including setup, network connectivity, and print quality troubleshooting
  • Comfortable sharing knowledge in team channels like Slack, documentation, or in meetings
  • Prior experience with mobile device management (Jamf and Intune)
Bonus if you have
  • Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Experience working with SaaS tools or enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with networking, Network + certification
