Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience providing desktop support in a Microsoft environment.
• Experience implementing LAN/WAN and storage connectivity.
• Experience with server-related technologies (Windows Server, clustering, VMware).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced facility.
• Strong written and verbal English communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily performance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Provide application support for mill applications as needed.
• Use IT ticketing system to resolve incidents, requests, and changes.
• Promote cybersecurity best practices daily.
• Coordinate with vendors for infrastructure work.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support as required.
• Maintain asset management entries and licensing compliance.
• Create internal documentation and procedures.
