Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage the IT Director's schedule and appointments
  • Central contact point for IT department; help ensure partner and staff satisfaction with timely follow-up of all requests. Review and update logs regularly.
  • Assist with IT budgeting and financial planning
  • Handle incoming and outgoing e-mail
  • IT purchasing, contracts, and subscriptions. Track and maintain calendar of renewals, expirations, and due dates. Track all orders and invoices – coordinate with bookkeeping.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including IT department reports, inventory, and asset management
  • Provide administrative support for IT projects and initiatives including budgeting and planning
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as ordering supplies, arranging for IT equipment and software, and providing general office support
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
