Job Summary

We are seeking a remote Accessibility Compliance Assessment Consultant for a corporate contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardware testing (TVs, appliances), Section 508, WCAG assessments, manual and automated testing, and software remediation.

Position: Full-time or Part-time

Citizenship: U.S.

Location: Remote

Clearance: None

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform audits and validation testing on cell phones.
• Document issues and recommend solutions for accessibility violations.
• Apply software fixes and accessibility features in source code.
• Develop and deliver outreach/educational presentations.
• Conduct training on accessibility topics.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.A./B.S. in relevant fields preferred.
• Knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 standards.
• Experience with hardware testing, especially cell phones, for accessibility compliance.
• Familiarity with Hearing Aid Compatibility standards and testing equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Certifications such as DHS Trusted Tester, CPACC, or WAS are a plus.
