Job summary

PPG US ProPharma Group, LLC is seeking a system administrator to manage the Global Service Desk and various IT applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for user account management, configuring ITSM workflows, and providing support to stakeholders.

Ideal applicants should have a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and experience with ITSM platforms, particularly ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus. A Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science along with ITIL certification is required.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of IT service management (ITIL) frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms like ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience supporting enterprise-level ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor User Account Management (UAM) tickets.
• Design and maintain workflows, forms, and SLAs in ITSM.
• Provide technical support and training for GSD modules.

Skills

IT service management (ITIL) frameworks

ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or similar ITSM platforms

Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

Platform integrations using APIs or middleware

Excellent written and oral communication

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
