Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7+ years in packaging quality or engineering with hands‑on ISTA testing experience.
• Experience coordinating with international suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISTA transit testing including drop, vibration, and compression.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure packaging meets quality standards.
• Analyze packaging failures and drive CAPA investigations.
