Job summary

VT Group (VTG) seeks an experienced Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in Chantilly, VA to monitor and maintain system security across operational systems. You will review security documentation and implement information security practices in coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system security.
• Review and revise cybersecurity documentation.
• Advise on RMF workflows and security baselines.
• Report security incidents and maintain RMF status.
• Inventory and control removable media and devices.
• Communicate with security stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure compliance with ICD 503 and NIST guidelines.
• Support evidence preservation and forensics when needed.
