Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Information System Security Officer to work on-site in the Columbia, MD office, supporting the Intelligence Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area. This role focuses on information assurance, security controls, and RMF/NIST/CNSS compliance while coordinating with stakeholders across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is highly desired; experience considered in lieu.
• Minimum of four years in information system security, cybersecurity, system administration, or related field.
• Understanding of RMF, NIST, CNSS cyber security requirements.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAM/IAT levels; active TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist ISSM with information assurance and security controls across environments.
• Support continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, patch coordination and remediation tracking.
• Update security documentation: SSPs, control narratives, network diagrams and RMF artifacts.
• Contribute to incident response and post-incident analysis and reporting.
