Job summary

COLSA Corporation is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support RMF and compliance activities. The role involves monitoring systems, reviewing STIGs/SRGs, handling ACAS/POA&Ms, and maintaining eMASS documentation. A Secret clearance and DoD RMF knowledge are required, with 5+ years of related experience.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure security posture, with opportunities for growth and continued professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required; IAM Level I certification (e.g., Security+, CAP, SSCP)
• Working knowledge of eMASS and DoD RMF processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform monitoring and evaluation of systems as directed by senior ISSOs.
• Populate and review STIGs and SRGs to ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Review, analyzes, and troubleshoots ACAS scan results to develop and update POA&Ms.
• Maintain and update security compliance documentation within eMASS.
• Collaborate with technical personnel and nontechnical stakeholders.
