Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity LLC is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to drive RMF-based risk management and security posture across high-consequence environments. You will develop and sustain RMF artifacts, lead A&A activities, and coordinate with system owners and CISO. The position is hybrid with a DC-area commute three times per week.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
• 5+ years of experience performing security assessments, RMF/A&A documentation, and A&A activities.
• Experience using Archer or a similar GRC platform to support A&A.
• Knowledge of RMF, NIST publications, and cloud/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary cybersecurity advisor to System Owner, ISSM, and CISO on security matters for assigned information systems.
• Lead RMF Security Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes to achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO).
• Develop and maintain RMF documentation: SSPs, SIAs, POA&Ms, risk acceptances, and more.
• Perform continuous monitoring to verify controls and review vulnerabilities and logs.
• Assess system changes, document findings, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Identify deficiencies, manage POA&M, and coordinate remediation with owners and technical teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to strengthen security posture and ensure RMF compliance.
• Support security assessments, audits, and authorization activities with required documentation.
