Job summary

OneZero Solutions, LLC seeks an Information System Security Officer Level II to lead RMF for USCG SFLC OT and Platform IT systems in Baltimore. You will prepare A&A packages, perform continuous monitoring, and keep systems within Authorization to Operate.

The role requires five+ years in cybersecurity with federal RMF experience, active IAM certification, and strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination with government stakeholders. On-site work is primary.

Qualifications

• Five years of cybersecurity experience with at least three years in ISSO or RMF in a federal environment.
• Experience preparing and maintaining A&A packages under NIST SP 800-37.
• Experience creating, tracking, and closing POA&Ms with artifacts.
• Experience running or interpreting STIG-based compliance assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Experience maintaining cybersecurity documentation in government A&A tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated OT ISSO for SFLC OT systems and lead RMF for those systems.
• Support the OT Security Manager and staff with program, procedures, and policies protecting SBU information.
• Prepare and maintain RMF security authorization documentation and A&A packages.
• Maintain HBSS/ESS compliance for assigned OT and review system reports.
• Coordinate with system admins to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain RMF status.
• Develop connection approval docs for USCG network connectivity (ISAs/MOUs/SLAs).
• Coordinate Contingency Plan training and annual DR failover testing.
• Support external inspections, evaluations, audits, and assessments.
