Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Information System Security Officer to create secure, scalable solutions for government clients. You will assess tool configurations, document security impacts, and drive risk reduction across development and operations teams.

You will implement NIST 800-53 controls, RMF, DoD Information Layers, and coordinate with vendors to achieve authorization to operate. A TS/SCI clearance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ISSO experience with government systems.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II and CSSP infra certs required.
• Experience implementing NIST 800-53, RMF, and DoD INFO levels.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness for polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery of cyber risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Advise clients with presentations, whitepapers, and milestones.
• Translate security concepts for decision-makers to secure mission systems.
• Coordinate tools assessments, configuration analysis, and TO/ATO planning.
