Job summary

Excelity is seeking an ISSO for a project focused on DoD Intelligence Information Systems (DoDIIS) Enterprise capabilities. The role covers cybersecurity elements of engineering and operations networks and adherence to the IA program, including A&A procedures.

Required TS/SCI with CI Poly, a Bachelor's degree, and DoD 8140–compliant certs; Master’s may substitute for experience. The position is contingent on contract award and involves interaction with government security representatives.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience required; Master’s may substitute for 2 years
• ISSO/ISSE must be compliant with DoD 8140 and related certifications
• Experience with ICD 503 certification and accreditation
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-37 Rev.1 and related DoD guidance

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity elements of engineering and operations network solutions
• Prepare Assessment & Authorization (A&A) documents
• Interface with IA team, other security disciplines, program personnel, and Government security representatives
