Anduril Industries in California is seeking an ISSO to manage day‑to‑day compliance and vulnerability management across assigned systems, including scans, STIG validation, access controls, and incident response preparation.

You'll collaborate with the Classified Infrastructure team, tailor NIST 800‑53 controls, and support ATO processes while ensuring security posture and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and implement secure systems per NIST RMF, JSIG, and industry standards.
• Participate in risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and audits to mitigate threats.
• Recommend security solutions such as IDS/IPS and encryption protocols.
• Maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, and other accreditation documentation.
• Support A&A processes to obtain Authority to Operate.

Responsabilités

• Document security controls for systems to meet cybersecurity framework requirements.
• Perform required security functions on an iterative basis to meet requirements.
• Apply technology standards from the commercial space in classified, air‑gapped environments.
• Assist the Senior Information Security Analyst and Classified Infrastructure team to address stakeholders’ needs.
• Tailor NIST 800‑53 controls and oversee Continuous Monitoring for programs.
• Define, document, and conduct security scanning on Anduril’s products and information systems.
• Scope and orchestrate the development of features to meet compliance goals.
