Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Classified Cybersecurity Analyst (ISSO) to support information systems lifecycle activities at our Dulles, VA location. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with SCI access eligibility and will work on-site full-time.

You will lead the cybersecurity program for assigned systems, conduct audits and continuous monitoring, drive A&A activities, and ensure compliance with NIST RMF and government policies. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant technical experience, or Bachelor's with 5+ years.
• Must meet 8140 requirements (8570 equivalent) for ISSO – IAM Level I certification or higher.
• Current TS/SCI with SCI access eligibility; ability to obtain SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cybersecurity program of all assigned information systems.
• Lead regular reviews of system audits and monitoring, covering security controls and configurations.
• Assess systems and networks for deviations from policies.
• Analyze security requirements and recommend safeguards.
• Drive government policy implementation and process tailoring.
• Oversee program controls for risk mitigation and A&A activities.
• Lead formal Security Test & Evaluation (ST&E) and report results.
• Document A&A activities and coordinate with security team for responses.
• Prepare, review, and submit A&A documentation.
