Position Available Upon Contract Award

Primary Location: National Capital Region and Virginia Beach, VA

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

BTS Software Solutions is seeking Intelligence Discipline Leads to provide specialized IDL SME support for USSOCOM. The role involves conducting targeting analysis and supporting counter-intelligence operations. The Contractor will deliver specialized labor, materials, and services necessary for intelligence operations, coordination, product development, data integration, synchronization, and mission prioritization.

The IDL SME should possess expert-level skills in the specific intelligence discipline, with proven experience in training, mission requirements, and effective communication with USSOCOM. Responsibilities include assisting USSOCOM staff in developing courses of action, setting priorities, training team members, and employing technical knowledge for long-term operational benefits.

Required Qualifications:

1. At least eight (8) years of experience in analytical intelligence operations within units such as Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of five (5) years of operational analysis experience, with two (2) years in a managerial role supporting special operations, including overseas tours with SOF or SMU units.
3. Advanced skills in F3EAD targeting methodology and broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines, with demonstrable leadership in analytical efforts.
4. Expertise in the Intelligence Cycle, HVI Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis, Human Factors, Human Terrain, SIGINT Targeting, or Convergence Analysis.
5. Deep understanding of analytical tradecraft, tools, methods, and regulations related to intelligence operations.
6. Proven ability to apply tradecraft effectively in collecting, analyzing, and integrating complex targeting information.
