ISSJ III– OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst – Expert

POSITION AVAILABLE UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Primary Location: Ft Liberty, NC and National Capital Region

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

BTS Software Solutions is seeking OSINT/PAI Targeting Analysts responsible for conducting advanced collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercial data sources. OSINT Analysts will interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments supporting special operations, targeting, HUMINT, exploitation, cyber operations, and threat estimates. They will fuse publicly available and commercial information for multi-intelligence assessments.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior support to special operations is preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties such as reviewing, translating, and reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources will not be considered equivalent.)
• Strong proficiency with current all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories.
• Strong proficiency with OSINT/PAI specific tools, databases, repositories, research, and methodology.
• Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policies.
• Excellent written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong briefing skills, capable of briefing at the O4/GS13 level or above.
