ISSJ III– Intelligence Targeting Analyst (ITA) – Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Position available upon contract award

Primary Location: Ft Liberty, NC and National Capital Region

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

BTS Software Solutions is seeking Intelligence Targeting Analysts to support target development in CONUS and deployed environments, focusing on intelligence collection, CT, and counter-proliferation. Analysts should have in-depth skills to identify, assess, and report on enemy tactics and capabilities, supporting target development and all-source intelligence analysis. They enable the F3EAD targeting cycle, driving intelligence collection and product development.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of all-source intelligence analysis experience at full performance level, including 5+ years with USSOCOM SOF or national agencies such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting special operations intelligence.
• Proficiency with current all-source analytical techniques, methodologies, and trends.
• Knowledge of current all-source intelligence tools.
• 3+ years of experience writing formal intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages).
• Experience delivering intelligence briefings at Colonel (O-6)/GS-15 level or higher.
• Targeting experience within the last 5 years.
• Knowledge of HVI/Network targeting, nodal analysis, and F3EAD process.
• Proficiency with intelligence automation tools supporting target development.
• Excellent briefing skills and ability to guide subordinate analysts.
• Experience in CT, regional, and geo-political analysis.
• Expertise in SOF and CT intelligence.
