ISSJ III - All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) – Journeyman

Position available upon contract award

Primary Location: Ft Liberty, NC and Columbus, GA

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

BTS Software Solutions is seeking All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff. The analyst will perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, interfacing with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure collaboration and situational awareness to meet Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational and tactical requirements.

The All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) should possess knowledge at tactical and operational levels, capable of supporting Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations. They must demonstrate proficiency in analytic techniques, current tools, and producing high-quality intelligence products, including assessments, papers, and presentations. Ability to prepare and deliver formal or informal briefings is required. Some billets may require serving as USSOCOM representatives during non-duty hours and supporting 24/7 rotational shifts.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
• Strong knowledge of current all-source analytical techniques, methodologies, and trends.
• Experience with the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
• Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Captain (O-3) / GS-13 level or higher.
