Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

BTS Software Solutions is seeking All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff. The ASIA will perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, interfacing with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure collaboration and situational awareness to meet Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational and tactical intelligence requirements.

The ASIA must possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and support intelligence analysis for Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations. The role requires proficiency in analytic techniques, current tools, and the ability to produce high-quality intelligence products (assessments, reports, briefings). Some billets require serving as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and supporting 24/7 rotational shifts.

Required Qualifications:

• At least six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent agencies, with four (4) years at the operational level.
• Proficiency with current all-source analytical techniques, methodologies, and trends.
• Expertise in current all-source intelligence tools.
• Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
