Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Information Security & Risk Management is recruiting for a Cybersecurity Data & Analytics GEM Fellow, working remotely or located in Raritan, NJ.

Do you have the ability to think critically, analyze and glean insights from data? Can you identify risks and drive improvements to enhance insight into data-driven decisions? As a member of the Cybersecurity Data Science, Analytics, and Automation team, you will work with multiple customers and product owners to develop analytics and automation data products to facilitate risk management and help mitigate the overall security risk facing the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop visual analytics dashboards to provide insights for security & risk products and business processes.
  • Collaborate with customers and product owners across ISRM to define requirements for data analytics products.
  • Engineer and develop automated data pipelines and data models.
  • Perform ad-hoc exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and behaviors across products and business processes.
Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Experience with Data Analytics tools such as Tableau, Python, R, and SQL.
  • Ability to assess new technologies and understand their security implications.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., with no requirement for sponsorship now or in the future. Students on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship and are not eligible unless they have an alternative long-term status that doesn't require sponsorship.
Preferred:
  • Ability to think critically, analyze, and decompose complex systems to identify risks.
