Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to the employment area.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of ISR Modules (Infrastructure, Performance, Costing and Mission Capacity).
• Familiarity with feeder systems ISR uses (GFEBS, HQIIS, PRIDE, ASIP, AEWRS, SWARWEB).
• Ability to explain issues clearly to personnel not familiar with ISR.
• Ability to manage the ISR Program across modules.
