Responsibilities:

  1. As a Collection Manager (ISR), engage with analysts to determine intelligence needs, identify and develop collection postures/strategies, and convert these needs into collection requirements to satisfy USCENTCOM intelligence requirements.
  2. Support solicitation, coordination, research, de-confliction, creation, registration, prioritization, and validation of GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and OSINT Collection Requirements to support policy.
  3. Translate received requirements into discipline-specific language according to SOPs and CSA guidance, maintaining trackers, requirements trackers, and collection programs of record.
  4. Research, manage, and align IC collection requests with USCENTCOM Theater/IC priorities and guidance.
  5. Balance time-sensitive requests with standing collection requirements to ensure proper deployment of ISR assets, including managing the Joint Intelligence Prioritized Collection List/Component Intelligence Collection List database.
  6. Monitor and update requestors on the status of USCENTCOM collection requirements regularly.
  7. Review existing collection requirements, develop ISR utilization summaries, manage issues and requirements, and track databases/assessments.
  8. Solicit, assess, review, and publish HUMINT Report Evaluations from the USCENTCOM analytical team.
  9. Develop current and future collection operation products for USCENTCOM AOR.
  10. Identify and document technical and functional ISR system needs.
  11. Coordinate and communicate with external/subordinate organizations as needed.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree with 4-6 years of experience, or specialized training with 4-8 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of ISR and Collection Management concepts, principles, and practices, with skills to apply this knowledge to complex, multi-agency assignments.
  • Ability to apply analytical and evaluative techniques for developing or modifying work methods, exploring new data sources, and recommending solutions to issues.
