Job summary

Leidos in the United States seeks an ISR Collection Manager to serve as a subject matter expert within a tight-knit team supporting Air Force missions. You will help develop mission task lists aligned with intelligence requirements and work with payload operators to maximize capabilities.

You will multi-task across concurrent priorities, communicate effectively, and apply Crew Resource Management principles to ensure timely dissemination of data and robust intelligence support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to coordinate ISR collection requirements within a small team.
• Experience working with ISR payloads.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Support Air Force missions by developing mission tasks lists aligned with intelligence requirements.
• Collaborate with payload operators to maximize capabilities and meet collection requirements.
• Disseminate intelligence data within the supported command/organization.
• Apply Crew Resource Management skills to ensure effective team performance.
