Responsibilities

• Interface directly with customers via phone and email to provide engineered solutions and order management
• Engineer complete solutions for customer process control needs
• Learn technical aspects of the job with the Isolation and Actuation team
• Manage the complete sales cycle including pre-sales engagement and quotation development, order processing and administration, product assembly and shipment, invoicing, and payment
• Document information related to customer requests and project documentation and technical submittals
• Develop a proficient understanding of our business system and investigate problems to suggest solutions
• Participate in sales and engineering process improvement to develop new tools and improve existing ones
