Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a Shop Foreman at our Troutdale, OR location to lead ISO tank yard operations, ensure equipment readiness, and supervise crew performance. The role blends hands-on field work with leadership and operational decision-making.

You will oversee storage, movement, inspections, safety practices, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with maintenance and leadership to optimize workload and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in ISO tank operations and yard logistics.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to assess equipment condition and risk.
• Familiarity with inspections, yard safety practices, and tank handling procedures.
• Experience leading crews or acting as a working lead/operator.
• Proficiency with operational software and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day yard operations for ISO tank storage, handling, inspection, and movement.
• Assign work, set priorities, and adjust plans based on needs and demands.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for operational or equipment issues.
• Evaluate problems quickly and determine mechanical, procedural, or operator-related causes.
• Maintain knowledge of depot/yard software systems and workflows.
• Perform hands-on work: equipment operation, minor repairs, inspections.
