Job summary

CCL in Oklahoma seeks a Quality Auditor to lead ISO 9001 internal audits, manage nonconformances, and drive root cause analysis. The role spends half time auditing and half time inspecting parts involved in welding, machining, forming, and finishing processes.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of inspection tools, SPC, PDCA, and experience with ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling; ASQ/SME certifications are preferred; MS Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with ISO 9001 requirements and capable of preparing, performing, and reporting internal audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, conflict resolution, time management and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean and 5S preferred; basic statistics and acceptance sampling knowledge.
• Must manage document control, configuration control and records for nonconforming product.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal audit program in accordance with ISO 9001 and procedures.
• Lead corrective action program with root cause analysis and proper records.
• Apply SPC techniques to assess process controls and improvements.
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on materials and products.
• Represent the organization to customers and third party auditors.
• Read and interpret prints and specifications; assist in quality planning.
