Thoropass, Inc. is seeking a Manager, InfoSec Solutions to own a portfolio of ISO audits for emerging tech companies and lead a high-performing team.

You will shape the future of audit technology in collaboration with the Labs team, driving AI-powered auditing and innovative processes. This role offers a work-from-home model in the United States, with a strong emphasis on delivering world-class audits, mentoring staff, and advancing the company’s AI-enabled audit engine.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ISO audits in an audit or consulting firm.

As a Manager, InfoSec Solutions, you’ll own a portfolio of accounts, manage a high-performing team, and help shape the future of audit technology. In this role, you’ll not only ensure the delivery of exceptional ISO audits for emerging technology companies but also collaborate directly with our Labs team to advance our AI-powered audit engine.

• ISO Expertise: Deep expertise in ISO reporting standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001 etc), with 7+ years of experience performing ISO audits in an audit or consulting firm.


• Technology Enthusiast: Familiarity with advanced cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and a passion for leveraging technology to solve problems.


• Collaborative Leader: Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, while working cross-functionally to achieve big-picture goals.

USA Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $150,000 plus bonus and will be based on experience and skill set
