Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking an experienced professional to lead and execute calibration lab operations at the Auburn Hills Technical Center. You will oversee custom DAQ and control system projects, dyno/test-lab activities, and ISO/IEC 17025 leadership duties while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.

• Custom DAQ & Control Systems: Full project lifecycle (requirements, design, build, commissioning, support) for custom hardware/software solutions not available commercially.
• Dynamometer & Test Lab Support: Lead repair, upgrades, and calibration for dyno systems, controls, and test monuments across the Technical Center.
• ISO/IEC 17025 Leadership: Implement and maintain the Quality Management System, lead calibration lab operations, calculate measurement uncertainty, and serve as primary liaison for external audits and accreditation bodies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams and test labs to deliver specialized test setups and train staff on quality standards.
