Job description

Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of development projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Supervision is exercised over laboratory staff, with tasks assigned, progress monitored, and technical guidance provided to engineering staff to achieve project objectives. Collaboration is maintained among design, manufacturing, and quality teams to support the development and testing of new technologies, while adherence to regulatory and safety standards is ensured. Project documentation is reviewed, laboratory operations are maintained, and resources and equipment are managed to support efficient workflow. All technical work is performed in compliance with company procedures and industry best practices. Contributions are made to process improvements, staff training, and the ongoing optimization of laboratory operations.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, or a related field, PLUS two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
