Job summary

Linamar Corporation seeks a TS/ISO Coordinator to lead the maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System in line with ISO and IATF standards. You will support audits, document control, corrective actions and training programs across the organization.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance system effectiveness and sustain certifications while ensuring customer requirements and internal procedures are met.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant automotive manufacturing working experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent computer skills (Including, but not limited to: Windows, Office, Visio, Project Manager, and Internet).
• Organized with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
• Maintain audits coordination, document control, corrective actions and training related to quality systems.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive compliance and maintain ISO and IATF certifications.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to ensure all quality requirements are met.
• Assist Quality Manager with documentation and re-certification of the QMS.
• Interact with groups developing documentation to meet quality requirements and verify procedures.
