Job summary

SHR Consulting Group is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Manager to manage the company’s ISO and CMMI quality programs, audits, and documentation. You will own the audit lifecycle, coordinate with certification bodies, and ensure year-round readiness.

The ideal candidate has experience with ISO standards, CMMI, and government contracting considerations, with preference for DC Metro Area residents and a remote setup in the US.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of corporate quality assurance, compliance, document control, audit management experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 20000-1 and/or ISO/IEC 27001 preferred.
• Familiar with CMMI practices, assessments, or appraisals.

Responsibilities

• Own audit lifecycle from planning to closure, with corrective actions.
• Maintain evidence and documentation for audits and certifications.
• Coordinate with auditors, certification bodies, and process owners.
• Lead readiness activities and report audit metrics and status.
