Job summary

Technomark North America in Minnetonka, MN is looking for a hands-on Screen Printing Manager to lead their manufacturing print operation. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met through daily operations in an ISO-certified environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing all production activities, training staff, and enforcing compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience in screen printing and demonstrate strong technical expertise.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of screen printing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong judgment of color and print quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead screen printing production activities and staff assignments.
• Drive continuous improvement using root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards.

Skills

Screen printing knowledge (automatic press setup)

Experience printing tight-tolerance components

Working knowledge of ISO quality systems
