Job summary

DCL America Inc. seeks a Quality Control Inspector to ensure materials, in-process work, and finished products meet ISO 9001:2015 standards and customer specifications. You will identify quality issues early and document nonconformances to support compliant output.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods using calipers, protractors, and gauges; reading drawings and tolerances; and participating in internal and customer audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 procedures.
• Basic computer skills for inspection reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods for compliance.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, protractors, tape measures, levels, gauges.
• Verify first article inspections (FAI) and in-process checks as required.
• Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic tests as required.
• Document inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions accurately.
• Support CAPA and participate in internal and customer quality audits.
