Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Internal Auditor to conduct scheduled ISO 9001 system and process audits across locations. You will document findings, issue corrective actions, and support validation of effectiveness.

Responsibilities include training new auditors, maintaining audit policies, and data collection for quarterly reviews. A minimum of 2 years of related experience and an associate degree are required, with driving privileges preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience.
• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Must have valid driving privileges.
• Certified Lead Auditor (preferred).
• Experience with Excel, Power BI and data management (preferred).
• Project management experience (preferred).
• Database and/or SAP and SharePoint experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and conduct scheduled internal system audits of Crown’s Management System across ISO 9001 locations and functional areas.
• Prepare for and conduct scheduled process audits at all manufacturing locations.
• Document all information related to audit results, including nonconformances and observations.
• Issue corrective actions for nonconformances and support validation of corrective action effectiveness.
• Support training & coaching of new internal auditors.
• Assist with maintenance and continuous improvement of internal audit policies and procedures.
• Support external audit preparedness through internal audit reviews & GAP analysis.
• Collect internal audit and other data for Quarterly Management Review meetings.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
