Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in information security management, focused on ISO 27001.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and best practices.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and managing risk treatment.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent communication and ability to train employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of the ISMS per ISO 27001.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk treatment plans.
• Coordinate internal audits and prepare for external audits.
• Develop and deliver training on information security policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security in processes.
• Maintain ISMS documentation including policies and records.
• Monitor ISMS performance with KPIs and metrics.
• Stay current with ISO 27001 developments for continuous improvement.
• Provide expert guidance on ISO 27001 and information security.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
