Job summary

Tommy Bahama is hiring for a role that brings the island spirit to life and ensures guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. You will master the full menu knowledge, including ingredients and presentation, and responsibly verify IDs for alcohol orders in compliance with laws.

You will also help manage inventory and maintain a clean, safe, upbeat dining environment. Join a team focused on hospitality across multiple locations, with opportunities for growth and a strong emphasis on guest

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Frequent bending/stooping/kneeling
• Routine standing for duration of shift
• Operate hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools

Responsibilities

• Bring the island spirit to life by making every guest feel at home
• Know all food and beverage menus, ingredients, prep methods and presentation
• Verify government-issued IDs for alcohol orders as required by law
• Maintain stock levels and order perishables and spirits according to projected business
• Create a clean, safe, professional and upbeat environment
