Job summary

Tommy Bahama is hiring for a hospitality role focused on delivering island-inspired service to guests. You will be responsible for knowing the full menu, including ingredients, preparation, and presentation, and for handling beer, wine, and spirits with care.

You will verify IDs as required by law, manage stock and inventory for perishables and spirits, and help maintain a clean, safe, and upbeat environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, island-inspired hospitality to every guest.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and presentation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Verify guest identification where required by law.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory control.
